Quan Trang

Quan Trang received two Bachelor of Science degrees. One in Dietetic and Food Administration – Nutrition and Food Dietetics and the other in Foodservice and Hotel Management from California State University of Long Beach in 2008. 

She worked in Sub-Acute Units in Skilled Nursing Home and Hospital gaining experience in specialized diet for those in a persistent and permanent vegetative state. In 2010 she became the Director of Nutrition and Culinary Services for 11 SNF throughout Southern California whilst continuing her education to become a Registered Dietary Technician. Quan has over 9 years of clinical experience in America before coming to Shanghai, specializing in Dialysis and Nutritional Gerontology.

In addition Quan has worked in food science and food production labs and kitchen and is an expert in food safety and healthy cooking. Quan is Registered in American and is a member of the American Dietetic Association since 2010.
