Job description:
1. Responsible for the registration of visitors, reception, guidance, triage and arrange consultation with a doctor;
2. Responsible for answering the phone and addressing the caller's needs;
3. Responsible for mail, letters, forwarding work, and do a good job of information recording, collation, archiving;
4. Responsible for focusing on a service-centered environment, according to the provisions of the procedures and standards to provide first-class reception services to visitors.
Job requirements
1. Good image, college diploma and or above;
2. Charmin, patient with a strong sense of responsibility;
3. Strong communication skills with a strong sense of service;
4. Prior administrative, front desk or guide relevant work experience is preferred;
5. Good oral English communication skills, CET4 and above;
6. Basic computer operating skills and ability to use various Microsoft office operating systems such as word, etc
